Question for MW front desk number ?

I used MW service before. Sent SMS to request booking on number before, and issue with getting response. Then they will send back SMS about code and room number. Yesterday, text at 10:30 am and never got reply back from main number.  Is it the right number to text for appointment. Call and book 12:30 appointment. Got there by 12:10 and text to say arrived.  Never got a reply back.  Called and told front desk. Still got no code on the second phone I used.  Called again and verbally got code.  Could be late with the appointment even though I was 20 minutes early and patiently waiting. Question: Should I text a different MW number for division 2 and 1  (2 scar,m,r h) and 1 I think is something else. Do not like the booking experience.  Looks like last time had an issue too with Mona booking. Landline vs cell phone do make a differnce in booking.
