recommend some dimsum for open year meal?

Please recommend a good dim sum for my open cny meal. Look for dimsum only, no kimchi or pho. order of importance: freshness is most important, then is looks, last is service. as long as her attitude is not bad, i don't mind if mm is inexperience and don't know how to perform good service. actually i rather enjoy the innocent non-pro feel of p/t mms because i like to take charge and control what goes on
