Your preferred time length (hh/45/fh)?

ive always do HH, but lately im thinking about doing 45mins (sometimes hh is too rush, and 1hr is too expensive imo), but i doubt i can do 2 shots within 45mins, and it will be a waste to go for extra 15mins without any action. Just wondering what do most ching goes for here.
