Common lies and bullshit excuses by keepers

When an mm is not working. "She is fully booked" When an mm quits. "She got wrapped by a rich guy for a huge amount of $$." "She is studying to be a lawyer / doctor / something impressive and doesn't have time to work anymore." When caught using fake photos. "I didn't know. The photos were given to me by the mm." When confronted by customer who received bad service after keeper promised excellent service. "She must be tired today. Usually every one of her customers says her service is great." "She just received news that her dog died, thats why she is in a bad mood." "Its the previous customers fault. He mistreated the mm and put her in a bad mood." When keeper makes you wait even though you booked an appointment and showed up on time because another customer arrived first and the keeper don't want to lose that customer. "She will be ready in 5 minutes, the previous customer is taking too long. [10 minutes later] She will be ready in 5 minutes, she just needs a few minutes to get ready. [another 10 minutes later] She will be ready in 5 minutes..... [and so on...]" When customer ask how old the mm is. "She is 19." (If the mm is 20-24) "She is 20." (If the mm is 25-29) "She is 21." (If the mm is 30-34) "She is 22+" (If the mm is 35+)
