Some thoughts about hunting.

First i gotta say thanks to one of our prominent wolves 7Samurai bro. Its always good to discuss and share opinions (even if we may not completely agree). Discussion broadens our horizons and is very beneficial. After some back and forth, buried on the 3rd page of another thread, i just wanna re-organize my thoughts and post them here for all to share. I also wanna hear from the opinions of all you bros out there. Remember, this is a free and open forum, not a dictatorship. I welcome opinions from all, no matter how different from mine. I wanna hear other points of few and would like to be corrected if i'm wrong. Issue - MMs being "Wrapped" (包養) If the source of info regarding which MM got wrapped (and for whatever amount) is from a keeper. Then take that with a grain of salt. It may be exaggerated, or completely untrue. Keepers have the incentive to make u think their girls r worth a lot. That way, if u did her, u'll be happy, and if u didn't, u'll think "damn, i SHOULD HAVE". Once u hear that a girl is being wrapped for $25k/mth upwards, the $140/hh u need to pay for her seems like a terrific bargain. For the keeper, that means next time a decent MM comes in, the guys will be lining up to get in for fear of missing out again. Telling u that one of their MMs got wrapped for a sky-price is becoming a new trick of the trade. Although sometimes it is true. Other times, if the keeper can somehow be sure that their MM is leaving the industry permanently (either leaving the country, or earned enuf, or going back to school, etc), and won't turn up at another garage, then they will tell u the MM got wrapped. Furthermore, by giving u this "insider info", they'll "buy" your customer loyalty. The implicit message is: (1) our MMs r worth much more than the price ur paying (implying that if ur cheap ass isnt willing to buy, some rich dude take her away permanently) (2) you missed out on a great bargain, so next time, don't hesitate (creating demand through anxiety over perceived scarcity) Reviews of a hot MM may lead to stampedes (of average guys like us), but rarely leads to the MM being wrapped. I could name many many hot MMs with rave reviews that led to initial stampedes, but were NOT wrapped. Besides, most of the girls that get wrapped don't make their start as garage MMs anyways. There are many far easier and "cleaner" avenues / places for them to meet rich guys. Case in point: Three years back, there was a hot chick that worked at bbt shop. I got her phone# and tried to date her. We did end up go out few times, but she told me she recently found a bf. I told her its fine, i just wanted to be friends (which was complete bullshit, but wat else could i say). We did become friends after, and i found out, her "bf" was this 40~50ish guy that gave her downtown condo to stay and a bmw to drive and a monthly allowance of $6000 (i think it was around this amount). The guy basically connected to her by coming to her bbtea palce during her shift everyday and gave huge tips. She was basically his mistress (altho she deluded herself into thinking of it as an actual bf-gf relationship, coz she didnt wanna admit to herself that she was "cheap" and "being wrapped"). Last i heard of her, she was with a different "bf" under similar arrangements. In fact, new "bf" was into to her by her former "bf". Former "bf" on the other hand was wif one of this girl's friend whom she intro to him. The norm for "wrapping" is more like an allowance of a couple thousand per month, plus very expensive gifts (ex: LV bags), fine dining, and sometimes LENDING the use of a luxury vehicle (and/or condo). For the guy, rather than giving a large chunk of money, this is a far more effective way to make the girl happy and also to control her. Getting her hooked onto material cravings only he (or ppl of similar wealth can provide), its almost like drugs in the way it creates dependency. On the other hand, i know of at least a few examples where MMs (which i know personally) left the sex industry for personal reasons. In at least one of those cases (this was quite a while back, and i'm not gonna name any names), the girl stopped workign simply because she couldnt take it anymore, but the story the keeper told was that the MM was wrapped for a high price. Why am i pressing this point?? Because we do have market controlling power. We should not deny ourselves of this power by thinking rich guys will come and take all the hot MMs away anytime. Reviews help ensure free information that will keep market prices in check. On the other hand, keeping information to oneself, and propagating rumours of which MM got wrapped for how much, that will only create upward pressure on prices and benefit the keepers.
