Can an a bro influence attitude and service of a mm?

The answer may seem like an obvious "yes of course".      But  when you read several less than stellar mm  reviews specifically in the area of attitude and service variable for mms over 10 years period  and actually go see some of these poorly reviewed mm you experience something different.  A more positive experience. What do you do to session impact outcome  assuming your clean, presentable, civil and not look fuglier than Frankenstein?  Assume mm is in good mood. I know what's my secret weapon is.  What's yours?
