Bad experience with P-Stars

This is my first post since I joined the community, I apologize for the lack of contribution due to I only hunt once every 3，4 months. But today after going to p- stars I feel like I should write something. So today I called in the afternoon to book for coco. The booking itself was easy, keeper texted the info right away. Booking was for 4, got to the location at 3:50 texted keeper, keeper info me with buzz code and room, however after I went up keeper informed me that I have to wait until 4:15 since the client coco was with extended the time. I'm like ok that's fine since it's only 15 more mins. After waiting for 15 mins, coco came out and told the keeper that the client want to extended for another 30 mins then she went in. At this point I was like wth is going on? Why do you even book an appointment when someone can just keep extending the time. Keeper kept saying that sorry but it's the client that want to extended?!?! So I asked am I not your client? After I just left since I'm in no mood. What pissed me off is that I came from Mississauga to Markham for nothing. This is the first and last time I will go to p-stars!
