Moonwaiting's Phone Girl/Receptionist

This subject was raised & discussed before but I had my experience only recently. She was impolite and had a "couldn't care less" attitude.  I got the impression that she was telling me "If you don't like it, take your business somewhere else and shove it!" Could Brothers share their experiences, happy or otherwize?
