Prefer 1 on 1 vs old school pick n choose from a line up?

Some times pick n choose from a selection is nice because u get to check out the merchandize. But not comfortable in seein other hunters and sometimes don't want to hurt other girls feelings if u don't choose them especially if u click with a few from last outing Which do you prefer?
