Bait and switched?? Emma @ Toe

I'm not very experienced in this hobby (2nd time).... I just read that there are agencies that do bait and switch, and I think I definitely been B&S'ed with Emma @ toe88.Can anyone confirm if they have seen Emma recently and it was really her? Did toe give me a fake Emma? I've been so eager to see Emma, and finally made the call, and it was surprisingly easy to book... I found that weird since everyone always says she is fully booked. I found it extremely hard to believe that the person I saw was Emma, since she is so hyped up as being perfect / legend. First thing... her face was no where near her photos. Perhaps Toe is selling her as Emma because the real one is gone? I can't say because I never seen her before, but after all of these amazing reviews, I was expecting somewhat similar to the photos. But her body was spectacular, really amazing boobs, they were super soft. Her body and nipples look much like her photos.. Overall was alright, but just so shocked from the face... The Emma I saw had a completely different face, I just couldn't believe it because everyone says she looks the same as the pics. I honestly wanted to just leave after the door opened, but I felt really bad so just stayed the hour... if some bros can give me some tips next time and what to do about B&S.... should I call them and demand real Emma? Or was this the real emma?? it can't be....
