Received these screenshots from a garage keeper today. He wants to let all other keepers know and beware of these cheap asshole customers. I felt really pissed of after reading thru it too. Don't want to turn it into a racial thing, but sometimes a few bad apples really does ruin it for the rest of the bushel. Similar to Andy/MW's earlier incident, this customer was also Brown. To summarise, customer finished with the MM, left already, then decided he wasn't satisfied with the service, and demanded a discount (at first just $20) from the keeper. When the keeper refused, he went back upstairs, banged on the condo door and yelled at the MM to open up and refund his money. Not wanting any trouble, the keeper agreed to meet him downstairs and refunded $40 at 9pm. At first, the situation seemed to have been resolved, but later on, the customer probably sensing the keeper's weakness made another more belligerent demand. Claiming to have hurt his hand when banging on the condo door (which even if true would be his own fault) he demanded a full refund of the remaining $100. As can be seen fromt he screenshots, he makes tries to threaten and blackmail the keeper to meet his demands. The MM has become so terrified that she stopped work and left the country (or the city). I am so pissed off after learning about this incident. I really want to say to that asshole customer. If you are so fucking cheap and poor, stay home and jack off with your hand. No MM deserve to have to serve a piece of shit like you. You should be happy she even let you have any service at all. You really think customer is king? Never heard of YMMV? You think garage have a "100% satisfaction guarantee"? If you are not happy with the service than just don't go back. Having an occasional bad meal is to be accepted if you want to be a wolf. You have absolutely no right to demand even a penny back and ought to be banned from every garage in Toronto.
