Why do Korean MM provide better value?

I understand Korean MM may be well engineered to provide better face and body features.  Great plastic surgeons. But why a better SERVICE LEVEL?  Do they actually have tutor schools?  What would be the fee involved? (like Korean cram sessions for school exams etc.   Just curious why everyone prefer Korean MM.  Understand the extra fee is only 20 dollars if any.  Bro may feel like assembly line actions may be boring, not impromtu  .  Enhanced features.  Language communication issue.  Still a preferred type.  Have not tried one yet, might do so next time.
