Questions! Which garage allows you to pick and choose?

Hi all, I am a newbie in this field. Just wondering which garage allows you to take a look of the available MMs at the time you arrive, and then you can pick and choose?  I guess this would be the "beauty pageants style" I am referring to.... Please advise! Thanks, havingfun.
