Yikes! C-section belly!

MM looks good at the door but during sf2 I saw a scar right across her belly...the whole time in the shower I am freaking out and wonder what to do. Is it too late to go for the door. Do I leave a small tip and run for the door...this is the first really weird thing in my hunting hobby. It really affected me. Any bro had such encounter? Did it affect you and how did you recover?
