Why no DFK ?

For a guy like me that has been hunting for years, it is not that easy to get in the mood with a mm within 30 minutes. DFK or just kissing will help a big deal. I found it weird why there is no DFK for some MM. I thought it all start from the movie "Pretty Woman" as it was mentioned kissing on the mouth is "personal". To me, it is really BS. Personal ???
