The true value of an one hour "Meal"

I was supposed to see a mm for one hour today around 3pm, but keeper phoned me to let me know she will be 2 hours late, which doesn't really fit into my schedule, so i cancelled it and told the keeper that i will see her on Friday instead. Then i started to think really seriously, what's the real vaule of this meal which i just cancelled, one hour donation $250 and i am most likely to tip $20, so total damage is $270 since i have the $270 cash in my wallet already, i decided to go for shopping, i honestly don't remember how much i can buy for $270, because whenever i go shopping i always use the plastics, mostly credit card like most people in Toronto, to me $270 is equivalent to a good "meal" i have lost the sense of $$$$, so today's assignment is go out there and spend $270 see if i am happy, see if that makes me happy equally as eating a "meal" so here is my experiment result One Dress shoes from steve madden $138 after tax Two Dress shirts from Calvin Klein $ 88 tax included Lunch @ milstone $ 35 Total Damage 261, i still have 9 dollars left. man, 2 nice shirts and one dress shoes and one awesome lunch all for 261...i was happy first and then quickly realize how much money i wasted this year already. it's still Jan. Next time u wanna go hunting, get the cash, and think about how much, or how many things u can buy before give it away. One hour MEAL is equivalent to 77 Egg Macmuffin from Macdonald 54 Starbucks Coffee 24 movie tickets to cinplex 45 Subway sandwiches 108 Bottles of beer 10 sirloin Steak from the Keg 22 meals from my fav. chinese restaruant 7 dress shirts just to put things in perspective for u, next time when u go hunting, image the stuff u can get otherwize I know i can't quit, but i am definitely cutting down, wasted too much money, probably 3 to 4 brand new civics welll thats SP+ MASSAGE +SPA. shame on me
