Called Larry on Saturday to book Melisa for an early Sunday afternoon meal. Arrived 5 minutes early and called Larry for the room #. Guess what ? Nobody answered the phone !!! Keeping calling for the next 45 minutes and same thing. Later came home and checked the web and LCY changed their messege to "day off for holiday" , I mean WTF This is no fxxking way to run a business or treat a loyal customer. If something came up and Melisa could not make it, should have sent me a text before hand instead of wasting my time sitting in a car wondering what's happening . Larry has my phone # so there was no excuse. I have been to LCY many times and I am really disappointed on what happened today
