How to avoid bbbj

Let's say someone was under antibiotic for 9 weeks and he is now very very suspecious of bbbj...he has reason to suspect it because dom has always been used and he have not hunted that much compare to some of the masters here...in fact, maybe just 2-3 max seriously unlucky dude... In short, what is the best way to avoid bbbj? Or he might as well quit his hunting career?
